Bang Niang is just 2-3 km north of La On (Khao Lak Center). This area has plenty of places to sleep, eat, drink and shop. It’s loved by many and often preferred over La On. Most tourists make short 5 minute trips between the two areas. The Bang Niang area is rapidly developing but is still more tranquil compared to La On. It’s the ideal place for people seeking a calmer area and yet have easy access to key attractions.
