Experience a full-day adventure with an early start to beat the crowds and explore the world-famous James Bond Island and Phang-nga Bay National Park. Navigate through mangrove forests by longtail boat, glide through sea caves on a canoe, and visit the unique Panyee fisherman village and the remarkable cave temple with a reclining Buddha. Brief Itinerary
07:00: Pickup from your Khao Lak hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking guide. Travel to Phang-nga Town and board a longtail boat for a scenic journey across the bay, taking in the highlights of the national park. Embark on a canoe ride, paddled by local experts, through fascinating caves and lagoons, and visit the iconic James Bond Island and the stilted village of Panyee.
12:00: Savor a traditional Thai lunch at Panyee Village, followed by a guided tour to experience local life in the village.
13:00: Return to the pier and visit Suwan Kuha Temple, also known as the Golden Cave Temple, which features an impressive reclining Buddha and opportunities to spot wild monkeys.
15:30: Arrival back at your hotel in Khao Lak.
